Treatment Philosophy:

I believe that attuned gentle touch can support an individual’s healing journey whether your goals are physical, spiritual, or emotional restoration. Collaborating with other professionals with a whole person approach will inform and enhance your quality of daily life.

Craniosacral Therapy Specialization

I began my career as an OT with adults in psychiatric settings and later with adults and children with neurological and neurodevelopmental challenges. Enjoying a more hands approach I attended massage school and Upledger Institute recognizing the power of healing in attuned touch. I discovered craniosacral therapy's potential as a gentle, non-invasive approach that can significantly improve how people manage daily stress and engage with their lives through supporting central nervous system regulation.

My approach as an OT to craniosacral therapy emphasizes:

  • Education and understanding to help clients learn how the work supports their nervous system

  • Professional, gentle care to meet each person where they are in their healing journey

  • Evidence-based practice to ground my work in health care experience and CNS science

  • Individual assessment tailors treatment to each person's needs and goals

When mobility improves and the central nervous system calms, people experience greater ease in their daily lives. I provide skilled, caring treatment that helps your nervous system find its natural state of rest, balance and ease.

Can CST Help Me?

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, manual therapy for individuals on a physical, psychological, or spiritual healing path. CST provides central nervous system (CNS) support for those in prolonged recovery from sickness; with degenerative or neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease; trauma recovery either physical or emotional.

CST eases the life transition in birth where the baby is adapting to life outside the womb and for the mother during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

By regulating our central nervous system, CST enhances resilience and promotes a balanced integration of body, mind and spirit.
