Treatment Philosophy
I believe that attuned gentle touch can support an individual’s healing journey whether your goals are physical, spiritual, or emotional restoration. Addressing central nervous system regulation enhances your own healing process. CST assists in integrating more fully other types of body work, medical care, or emotional healing. Collaborating with other professionals with a whole person approach will inform and enhance your quality of daily life.

Can CST Help Me?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, manual therapy for individuals on a physical, psychological, or spiritual healing path. CST provides CNS support for those in prolonged recovery from sickness; with degenerative or neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease; trauma recovery either physical or emotional.
CST benefits the life transition in birth where the baby is adapting to life outside the womb and for the mother during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
By regulating our central nervous system, CST enhances resilience and promotes a balanced integration of body, mind and spirit.
